Sometimes I can't comprehend how crazy people are. Like today when I'm going from business to business in South Boston and giving them flyers on a post-St. Patties day parade clean up and a man gives me a lecture for ten minutes on how the stones in tree pits are dangerous to the public...How difficult his life is because he can't open his car door and people could use the stones as weapons. Sir, do you really think I give a rat's ass? Because I don't. All I want to do is protect trees so we can breathe.
And then after working on four grants simultaneously, walking up and down Broadway doing tree inventory, and flyering my butt off my boss gets upset with me because I overwatered a plant in our office. Whattttt.
Don't get me wrong. I really love my job, my week has flown by, and I got some sun on my face today because of how gorgeous it was. I feel productive and tomorrow is already Friday. And I did yoga after going to the chiropractor. I'm doing alright but I still can't understand people.
